Hello! I’m Clare
Hi, I’m Clare, and I am known as the secret chocolate eater. I have always loved chocolate. It fills me with joy and happiness. I’m a hiker, walker and wanderer. I am also a registered associate nutritionist. I worked in the chocolate industry for 8 years. I was always looking to find healthy snacks that could fuel my adventures but taste as indulgent as the chocolatey desserts, biscuits and fine pastries that I made on a daily basis. After much experimentation in my home kitchen, I kept coming back to these energy bites. I made batches for friends and family who were as excited as I was about them…so secret chocolate eaters was born. Now you too, can enjoy a healthy snack with a little taste of chocolate delight.
