What are your energy bites made from?

Every bite starts with Medjool dates and cashew nuts, with carefully chosen ingredients added to create each flavour — from hazelnuts and peanut butter to raspberry, lemon and cinnamon.

Then, of course, there's the chocolate. Lots of seriously good chocolate.

What flavours do you offer?

There are currently five flavours to choose from: Hazelnut, Raspberry, Lemon Drizzle, Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Bun.

Our Hazelnut Energy Bites are also proud winners of a Great Taste 2026 1-Star Award.

Choosing a favourite is entirely your problem. We can't help with that. 😏

Are your energy bites vegan?

Yes. All Secret Chocolate Eaters energy bites are 100% vegan and plant-based.

Please check the individual product page for full ingredients and allergen information, as some of our ingredients may carry cross-contamination warnings.

What about allergies?

Our bites contain nuts, and some flavours contain peanuts, soya and/or almonds. Some ingredients may also carry cross-contamination warnings for milk or other nuts.

We make our bites in small batches in our Oxford kitchen, which is not a certified free-from environment.

How should I store my energy bites?

Keep your bites sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

No need to refrigerate them — although finding a good hiding place is entirely sensible.

How long do the energy bites stay fresh?

Our energy bites have a shelf life of around 8 weeks. You'll find a best-before date on the packaging.

We think they're at their very best when they're lovely and fresh, though, so there's really no need to exercise heroic levels of restraint.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UK only.

How much is UK delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders over £30.

For smaller orders, delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We really hope you love our energy bites. As they’re food products, we can’t accept returns, but if there’s anything wrong with your order, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to put it right.

Can I buy a Selection Box or send the bites as a gift?

Absolutely. Our Selection Box is perfect if you'd like to try a mixture of flavours — or send some chocolatey happiness to somebody else.
